We love working with beginners, so if you’re brand new to us, any class labeled intro or intro+ all levels is perfect for you! After you’ve taken one of intro to pole classes called Welcome to Pole or Friends Night Out, you’ll be eligible to join any class labeled “Level 1” or “Level 1 & 2.”

You can mix and match your classes to cater to your interests and take as many or as few as you’d like. We understand that we all have busy lives, which is why we offer maximum flexibility with our scheduling options.

How Do I Prepare For My First Welcome to Pole Class?

What should I bring?

Water, thats it! We’ll provide everything you need for an amazing first class. Handgrip and heels are optional.

What should I wear?

Be comfortable! Basic athletic attire is perfect. Bringing or wearing shorts or spandex can be helpful for one move in particular, but is not required. No heels are necessary.

Anything else I should know?

We recommend that you avoid lotion on your hands the day of class. Lotion + sweaty hands = a more challenging grip.

Level Guide

We’re more than happy to discuss your pole journey to determine which classes fulfill your needs. Here is what each label means:
