FAQ

Being curious or apprehensive about trying pole dancing for the first time is absolutely normal.
Here are our most commonly asked questions from our first timers.

  • Absolutely not! 99% of our students come to us having no relevant strength or experience with pole dancing, and we are here to show you that anyone can learn pole dancing with proper instruction and practice. What’s incredibly exciting is that you will get stronger in ways that you never imagined while doing something fun! Fitness is just one of the many benefits that come from pole dancing which is a win win for us!

  • Then you’re in the right place! Most of us (instructors included) did not have dance experience before starting our pole journeys. This is because dance, rhythm, and musicality can be learned. We understand that our students are brand new to this which is why we break all class material down step-by-step at a pace that works for you. Over time these steps become more and more intuitive to your body, and before you know it, you’re dancing freely and creatively!

  • You’re not alone, most of us don’t. Unfortunately we live in a society that suppresses our sensuality and often places shame when we courageously express it. You are a sensual being and you deserve to reveal what’s truly within. We know it can feel scary or vulnerable, which is why we will help you discover what sexy means to YOU. What’s waiting on the other side is indescribable. Empowerment, intimacy, and confidence are just the tip of the iceberg.

  • We all look a little silly sometimes don’t we!? And we embrace it! Learning is not perfection, so why not have a little fun while you learn? Whether its your first day at the studio or your 100th, there’s always something new to learn which is what makes pole dancing interesting and exciting! We approach pole dancing with a sense of play, grace, compassion and naturally, humor.
